Lidingo winter camp night o - just a pootle around for me... some misses but always interesting/fun to give night o a crack and cool to see the boys mass start! Really Surprised that I have managed 2:43 O today... this week has been above expectations so that’s good.

Lidingo winter camp sprint intervals. These were really good... literally the first run all winter where I have forgotten how I feel and what doesn’t feel right and have just run totally focused on the session and got some decent speed on the intervals too so that’s still there. Really fun little tricky china esc alleys at the end too!

Been getting back to more consistent training with a few changes to diet and joined the gym in the last few weeks - hoping the indoor environment is going to act as a crutch through the last of winter to get me back to normal. So feel ready to start a log again.
Went for a walk up kinder with the folks for a few hours... that was tiring enough for the day.
