Been getting back to more consistent training with a few changes to diet and joined the gym in the last few weeks - hoping the indoor environment is going to act as a crutch through the last of winter to get me back to normal. So feel ready to start a log again.
Went for a walk up kinder with the folks for a few hours... that was tiring enough for the day.
