tempo up porter... just felt like sticking my headphones in and getting out for a run! pushed relatively hard up the hill then did 10 x 1min/off 30s down, which was good because it kept the pace up there but I also need to practise controlling my breathing a bit better when pushing downhill... always get stitches in fell races then need to slow down and I think runs like these help
