Pretty happy with that! 1kms are one of my faves I really enjoy them and I felt much better this week despite not being sure about the shin! Was a bit lonely after the first rep as I wasnt fast enough to stick with the downs girls, and think we were out of sync with Char? Not sure, but was ahead of the slower girls group. Proud to be under 4mins again... come a long way since this time last year!
