SYO Mearsbrook Race blue course (hardest on offer) - 2nd/1st lady
Wasn’t going to bother but felt pretty unmotivated to run so decided this would get me out... enjoyed it but it’s not that fun of a map and was a lot of just long running legs slogging around hills... good shuoc contingent and we were all mostly pretty close in time which made for a good splits party. I was slow on some legs (which I felt... feeling much better but runnings still feeling harder work than it should be) but clean so stayed top. Shame there wasn’t more legs in the little Gleadless housing blocks... they are coolish
