Wanted to do some sprintervals today but felt absolutely wiped out when I woke up and also didn’t really have the time so just left a session till I got down to nans and did some speed work along the flat canal.
Pretty happy with this pace all things considering atm and also the fact that it was a tired day and I’ve have funny stomach today
