Felt absolutely grim and just got progressively worse throughout the run!
Had a bad stomach all week which my personal dietician suggests I’ve been hitting the fibre too hard... I am eating a lot of fruit and apricot wheats so maybe...
This coupled with hangover meant for a real shit run... had a stitch almost the whole way and everyone was so weary... no chat at all
