jog down to work - just to check in for my client that I knew would be a no show - there for about 20mins then back out for a run!
took it a little quicker then what i felt like jogging down because I was running late and just felt all my breakfast and felt like shit!

Had planned to try and get out and do a bit of O on the weekend but still wasnt feeling it over the weekend so decided to make the most of some cancellations and just do an old prologue map this morning.
Didnt feel amazing - couldnt really push the pace and so much snot everywhere and when i finished my face looked like a salt mine.... but felt well enough to get round and get the HR up so hopefully on the up and will just take it easy the rest of the week in the hope to feel good for the JK!
