To icy on track tonight so girls did 5x 3 laps of the grass per int... my watch telling me was just under a km! Tonight's the first night since getting back on the track that I've felt able to push myself as apposed to just get through the session! Possibly because I've actually got some alright sleep this week!!
Didn't really improve on pace but managed to keep rest to 60-80secs but still hold same pace as last couple of sessions which I guess is a small win!
Shins still a bit niggly, calfs tight now but both not as bad as they have been!
