Jogged round with Ais... Quite slow for a race but that's about a good pace coming back off the last couple of weeks!! So many hills... Of all sorts and literally did the loop past both jobs and home for the 2nd time today haha... Good fun!!
Legs a bit tight... Shins and knees just a little aggy

Kinda lost the momentum with posting... Might catch up if I get a spare moment... But if I'm honest December and even to some extent the last 3 months have not been great for training...
Fast increase in load at Virgin and with running, coupled with teaching 3 crappy circuits and a couple grids a week has left me struggling with shin splints over the last month or so.
Work loads been massive and have not been getting enough sleep so just have been really run down and struggling to stave off the winter bugs through December... Followed by a nice old stomach bug last weekend! Today is the first day all week I've felt hungry, can't remember the last time I didn't wake up feeling tired! And I'm feeling pretty fed up with that!!
Considering all in all was quite happy to slowly get round close to 17km this evening!!
Planning to coast till Christmas, have a week off and reset for Jan with a good training program ready to hit 2018 running (literally) :D
