pretty unmotivated after easter, however needed a study break. felt good, but pretty sore lower legs, just went through the motions of pain in my ankles then knees then balls or my feet then shins for the whole run, however decided to concentrate on keeping up a good pace and lowering the km rate second by second... gave me something to focus on instead of the aches :)
