wanted to try a little somehting new, went out around to bawden road for a change, 15m w/u 1m hard 30sec rec 2mins hard 1min rec 4min hard 2min rec 2min hard 1min rec 1min hard 30sec rec, 28min w/d, was dif and fun couple small hills, legs felt heavy and tired still from weekend, mayb should have taken it a bit easier, will relax a bit till friday athletics :)
