Too lovely outside to record another exercise fail, so with temps in the mid 60s, and the sun going down, I looped around the neighborhood alternating 2 minutes run and 1 min walk for 30 minutes. Sort of cheated on the last two minutes by heading down the big hill. Then walked back up it to end the workout. A very satisfying effort.

An exercise fail. Agh! I even brought my bike home from work yesterday so that I could ride today and do a little trail run tomorrow. Sneak peak on tomorrow - that was a fail as well. Agh again!

Need to get a handle on the insomnia and the will power.

An abbreviated effort at a bike ride from work, after work.

Back tire was slightly low, but I ventured out on it anyway. Then I decided that it did need air, so I stopped, applied the bike pump incorrectly, letting all of the air out of the tire. Crap! Then I couldn't figure out the right way to apply it, so I had to walk back to the office.

Took the walk of shame back to the office, just as school was letting out, so passing lots of middle schoolers. Yeah! Actually, one kid said hello to me as I averted my eyes.

Decided since I was all warmed up that I would do the core DVD at the office before heading home.

However, I figured out the pump, inflated the tire and headed out again. Tried for an hour, but the wind was brutal in the return direction, so I didn't want to get any further away, and I tired quickly of making little loops. Headed back, still please with getting the workout in after all.
