More tired then I thought I was. Thought I was going to knock out 30 like I did the other day, but it wasn't happening. Glad I didnt ride the bike out as I had planned.

Beautiful afternoon. Felt like the wind was so strong in my face, but I was moving along pretty good.

Hopped on the Metro to Springfield. Chatted on the train with a women soon retiring from the AF.

Had to resist riding in to work since a rest day was called for.

Did get 40 minutes of PT done. Just a little stiffness in Achilles.
