Note

Fail - no stretching, no nothing. However, I did enjoy quality time at the base exchange and the BK with my husband, so I am OK with how the day played out.

Solved the lazy lump Issue and walked on the PT treadmill.

Felt pretty good during and just a bit of Achilles pull after.

A couple of minutes warmup and cool down not included in time.

Failed lunch again today by stopping at McDs. Must stop that!
