Not a great day. After sleeping poorly for, oh, maybe the last ten years, I dragged myself out of bed at 10 AM. Ate canned mini ravioli for breakfast as I watched the robins (at least 8 of them) frolic in the yard. That was cool.
Shortly after, I followed the "morning activity" with a long nap with Roger. Well, I didn't sleep, but I also didn't actually do anything with my day until 1:30 PM. At that point, I left the house for a run.
Today was so different then Wednesday and Thursday. Oh, the weather was even lovelier (52 F), but my breathing was so bad. Ugh. Toughed out a mile (including a long downhill) in 11:04, and then I walked the rest of the way to Bluemont Park (2 miles).
Breathing was acceptable after a 40 minute warm up, so after I turned around, I ran 2.5 miles back (445 443 447 434 500) before walking again.
