First of the 3 sprints on the new Norristown map near Philadelphia, PA. Actual distance covered was 2.4 miles.

Second of the 3 sprints. Mess up #4 and take a longer route to #12. Actual distance covered was 2.29 miles.

Last one - butt is dragging and mind is fried. Doing all 3 in quick sucession in order that Sandy can do them also. Should have eaten a little something before this one. Take a really long route to #1. Actual distance covered was 2.91 miles.

Run with Sandy on the trail in the Wissahickon in Philadephia. Nice to stretch my legs after the drive from Arlington. Sandy was feeling a bit under the weather - she was still kicking my butt.
