Beautiful day in the woods. Dressed a bit too warmly for me - long O top with skin tight short sleeve underneath. Even at 9 am I was too warm. Not that it affected my navigating - that was all my own doing. Had problem with control #3, but luckily not as much problem as a few others...
Jogged easy to the track, walked 1 lap between the first two miles, and then .35 mile cool down to house.

Ran 4 laps (lane 6), walked a lap (listed with walking time, ran 4 laps (lane 6), walked a lap, and then ran 1 mile in the neighborhood (including powering up the BIG hill). Laps were 229, 229, 229, 229, 231, 221, 231, 225.

Program goes from warmup to 6 mph. Was able to tough out the 6 mph without holding on. Knee held up though a little sore later. Will try some hills tomorrow.
