Anyone watching when I left the house would have thought I was losing my mInd - I did a couple of little circles while talking myself into actually going for a run. Tries the track but it was locked up. They get lazy on weekends when they don't think it will be used, like today becasue it rained most of the day.
My knees, back, and right hip are a bit sore from the 4 hours of moving stuff around to make room to move my whole upstairs to the downstairs - new floors being put in near the end of July.
Anyway, I finally got moving foward & eventually warmed up to the idea. Just a slight mist at times with a cooling breeze. Glad I got out and about.

The measured halves were 444 443 450.

My yearly use of the rollerblades to try to subdue the guilt I feel for the impluse buy 3 years ago, or is it 4 now...
I still didn't make it off my 1/2 mile loop aound the house. Talked to several neighbors & stopped to buy Gatorade from the 2 little kids selling it for 1 cent for a bathroom cup size. :)
Balance still good on skates, but I still can't brake worth beans. Arches really ached to start but felt fine at the end. Maybe I try it agan sometime - next year.

Running/Walking (Wakefield HS Track) 1:05:00 [2] 5.15 mi (12:37 / mi)

Jogged down to track. Then walked 100m & ran 100m 12 times (in lane 6 so actually a bit further). Then jogged 300m & walked 100m for several laps. Finally 200/200 & a mile walk to cool down. Head not so painful tonight - just residual ppain on left side. Bruised knee still a little sore.

Planned to run an easy workout but head is aching so I walked all of it except the .3 to the track & one 200 meter.
Still tired from this past weekend. Body is a little stiff, and thighs are pretty bruised as well as my left knee. But actually feel decent.
