Ran through school to path to Four Mile Run Trail to Columbia Pike. Cross CP to WOD trail and head up to RT 50. Turn around and come back. Only change is back to house via big hill. Felt really good. Distance is probably underestimated. Crossing over the different trails confuses things. Glorious day!!
Raining outside so went to the treadmill. Breathing much better than when I did the same workout a week ago. Did each segment with 2mph extra speed. Did 2.75 miles during program (40 mins) and then 1.25 additional miles in 16 mins.
Breathing is getting easier. Each 4th lane lap was about 2:36. Very painful hip this evening. Could be from the car repair I did earlier in the day - sat on ground for about an hour.
