The only exercise I managed today was in self-restraint. I didn't eat any of the candy bars. I did eat 4 popsicles, but I also did that yesterday in addition to 4 candy bars. So, I came out ahead, at least in the fat content. Tomorrow - lick the popsicle addiction. :)
A 4 candybar day. Tomorrow it could be 5 since I still have that many in my drawer at work. Easy walk on the treadmill after an hour of warm up cleaning the pond.

Climbed the long hill in my mind to the treadmill. First time jogging in a long time. Felt pretty good. Have gotten those cigarettes I smoked under the stress of the US Champs out of my system. Now if I can pass on the candy bars today.
More yard work on my activity log...pushed the leaf vacuum around our yard and 2 neighbors yards. Even with the power assist, this is hard work. It was heavier than I remember it being. Had problem sleeping because my legs were cramping.
My pathetic attempt to get back on the training log - mowed the lawn on Saturday. No activity other thann working on the US Champs in the last month. Glad it is over. I am looking at training for the HAT Run on March 29.
