Then to Baltimore to meet up with my brother, James, to lay (the matter of) my mother's ashes to rest. Kind of the last mom related thing fraught with conflict and emotion. Obviously, I am happy that the ashes have been settled into the place my mother wanted to be. She was joined by my brother, David, who died in his teens, and my sister, Betsy.



Then to Philadelphia to take Nora home. Her cat Otis giving me the stink eye because I was out of treats...
