Good intentions for a run flew out the window today. A bit hungover from too much wine with the family last night in Baltimore. And, I had a date with Roger at 9 AM to go out and about (run errands). So, it was easy to pass on getting up early for a run. Not looking forward to tomorrow's heat. I might have to enter the non-beer category since beer doesn't sound too appealing.
