Maprun course on Dunrod Hill on a glorious morning. Worked well apart from 4 which seemed slightly further WSW than expected. Teenager did a course too.

Warm down and last part of the course with the teenager.

Fun urban course round Milngavie and Mains. Good to distantly chat with folk. Running fast felt awfully hard.

Hill run 52:00 [3] 8.4 km (6:11 / km) +330m 5:10 / km

The first time running on The Slacks for ages. Murky on top but still quite busy. Felt a bit slow on the uphills but enjoyed the flatter sections. Paths have changed character a bit, generally worn smoother by many tires. "New*" Innov8s gave me a R heel blister.
