Jog to Mains Estate then a try of my new Maprun course. Trying quite hard on a warm afternoon after a stressful few days. Enjoyed it, but the residents have blocked a couple of routes making the map less than perfect in places.

Variation on The Whangie clockwise with Ty, Iain+Steve. Hot evening so Steve only wore tracksters, a T-shirt and a hat. Lots of heather pollen giving a lovely smell.

WHW, Rosies climb (double failure), minor deviations through Craigallean, Khyber Field, Reservoirs, Dougalston and home. Felt a bit flat after yesterday's harder run, but fine once warmed up and always at recovery pace.
