WHW to Rosies Rd, back through Mugdock, Khyber field and reservoirs. Only mildly surprised by a pig at Boards, and a small diversion to avoid a noisy encampment in the forest. Another Rosie Rd fail.
L Calf OK with cycling in the way it wasn't with running.

Golf club to WHW, Carbeth, Rosies Rd and back via Khyber field and reservoirs. Quite busy on a good, warm morning. Almost managed Rosies Rd climb without stopping.

Out past the reservoirs, through Mugdock Village, over Baldernock hill, loop at Torrance and back via the ford. Felt a bit like hard work, but actually going reasonably quickly.
Totally made up numbers as I had a Garmin fail and a phone Strave (operator) failure. Gentle tootle with L to test calf, then gentlish tootle round Mains Estate, golf club, Reservoirs and Dougalston. A bit damp and lots of high wet grass and nettles across the paths. Met Ty and managed not to blank him this time, so had a quick chat.

4 more hills in Mains Plantation. 3:22, 20, 21, 19 with 3 minutes down recovery. Wet and a bit slippery, quite happy with the times. L calf went tight low down halfway through the warm down.
