Figure 8 run over the 356. Contemplated going further but didn't feel enthusiastic enough for that. Relatively busy in a very physically distanced way.

Two loops anti-clockwise of Loch Ardinning. A bit damp which at least meant it was quiet.

Hills in Mains Plantation. 3:23, 22, 27, 20, so still not quite got the pacing right.

Various bits round Baldernock and a side trip to the Mugdock Visitor Centre - car park now open.

MapRun course on Baljaffray, so not the most technical, and apparently I had run the course before, but good to get out with a map for a change.

Mountain Biking 1:34:00 [3] 22.8 km (4:07 / km) +520m 3:42 / km

Morning cycle out to Greenside Reservoir up to the Slacks, down and up to Cochno and steeply off Cochno and home. Some of the uphills may have involved walking. Sunny and getting warm and busy.
