Mountain Biking 1:12:00 [3] 21.6 km (3:20 / km) +250m 3:09 / km

Reservoirs, Khyber field, some loops of Craigallean and back. Set off the speed camera again, but only got the smiley face (<30mph).

From home to the bottom end of Mugdock and messing about on the minor trails. Lovely evening, ended up a bit further than intended.

To Windy Hill, then followed the full 18 holes round the course. Wet and cold which made quite a change.

Various loops towards Torrance. Cooler and a hint of rain. Still lots of people out exercising in the afternoon. Legs felt a bit tired.

Gentle evening ramble using the unused bike.

"Lean, long and lifted" again. Still no taller.

Hill run 50:30 [3] 8.3 km (6:05 / km) +240m 5:19 / km

356 clockwise. Another sunny, windy afternoon. Ground dry and fast, me reminding myself of the very dubious joys of running immediately after cycling. Quite busy on the hill (I saw at least 6 people and a lot of lambs).

Cycling 23:00 [3] 8.5 km (2:42 / km) +80m 2:35 / km

To the bottom of the 356 and back again.
