Hill run 48:00 [3] 8.9 km (5:24 / km) +180m 4:54 / km

Mains plantation and Windy Hill from home. Very cold in the wind. Didn't feel very bouncy, especially for the first half.
Good news is that Kirsten and I found my lost SI Air stick at Drumpellier this morning.

Orienteering 21:00 [3] 2.9 km (7:14 / km) +45m 6:43 / km

Glasgow Parks Race 1 Cathkin Braes
Not terribly clean, then a horrible mistake at 5 of about 4 minutes !?
Wobbly afterwards too.
Well down on Al D who took the win.
At least the weather was decent.

Orienteering 15:30 [3] 2.8 km (5:32 / km) +50m 5:05 / km

Glasgow Parks Race, 2/3. Linn Park
A better run than at Cathkin, but still managed to mess up by getting half way to 9 before deciding I was going to 10, then fortunately seeing sense before I got there. John McK was surprised as I reappeared behind him again.

Orienteering 26:00 [3] 4.5 km (5:47 / km) +30m 5:35 / km

Glasgow Parks 3/3
Drumpellier
Found a new way to mess up as I arrived at the start for the chase and discovered my hired SI card had escaped from my pocket. Brisk "warm up" back to the car to pick up my old card then back to the start to set off 2 minutes late, alongside Steve W. My best orienteering of the day, tussled with John McK for a while and at the end caught sight of a train of Kenny, Alex and Al D. Full speed for the last 7 minutes and just managed to pass them all for 2nd place overall. Well behind Patrick overall.

Orienteering warm up/down 40:00 [3]

Quite a lot of warming up, and less warming down.
