VHI Relay second leg. Mispunch :-( Went to knoll N side 185 instead of spur N side 184. Bother.
Time includes warm up and warm down as well as 34 minute race.

Bearsden BMX track with the present teenager - doing multiple individual TT round the track as she wanted to race me. Great fun and she really improved.
