From 356 start to Cochno loch, across causeway, Dunellen, cairn and 356. Wet at the end, and soggy and lush underfoot.
L calf and R hamstring both a bit tight since last Sunday.

Juniors did 6*300m, I joined in to encourage the not too fast ones (legs a bit stiff from Sunday so couldn't have tried to go any faster, and I could never keep up with the fast ones anyway, and they did 8*300)
