Orienteering 43:22 [3] 8.2 km (5:17 / km) +80m 5:03 / km

Edinburgh City Race. First orienteering for a long time, and indeed longest run for quite a long time. Lack of orienteering practice really showed! Missed out control 6 entirely and went directly from 17 to 19 (a very tricky leg) before correcting. Various other minor wobbles, but overall a fun day out, if not as sustained a technical challenge as I was expecting. Lets see how the Achilles feels tomorrow.....
