Orienteering race 1:11:01 [3]

Scottish Champs Glen Feardar. Good run with only one significant error, perhaps getting to grips with the eyesight issue, all I now have to fix is the orienteering. 2nd by 20s to Charlie, but Scottish Champion, so not all bad.

Pretty serious course round Mugdock. Planned by Thomas. The map really could be better at this end, and the vegetation has suddenly become rather lush. Probably a harder workout than I should have had, some others sensibly cut it short.

Round the Quarry, over 356 and round the far side form home. Hot, dry and the bracken low enough to make it a really fun outing.
