Another Strava art/technical training on Windy Hill golf course. Technically OK, but my lack of artistic ability was cruelly exposed.

Might be the last hill run for a while....
Tour of 356 at recreational pace. A few more trees have gone. R ankle now slightly dodgy.
Even the normally really quiet areas of countryside have more people in them than I've ever seen.

Garscueb session on my own. Warm up then 3*10 stations at 50:10 seconds. Felt slightly wobbly afterwards :-)

Mountain Biking 2:22:00 [3] 35.0 km (4:03 / km) +500m 3:47 / km

A "physically distant" ride with Mirjam. Showing her how to get from home to the tracks in the Kilpatricks. This mainly involved trying to keep within shouting distance to say "LEFT" and "RIGHT" occasionally. WHW, Carbeth, Kilmannan reeservoir, Carbeth, Rosies Rd, Khyber field, Hole in the Wall and home. Fantastic to be out in good company and good weather. More and faster than I'd have done on my own. The word "relentless" comes to mind, I didn't dare suggest stopping for a snack :-)

Clockwise route over 356 at "enjoying the weather" pace, with occasional photography stops. Took an unusual route up through more heather than usual. Warm and sunny, great views and one new lamb.

Gentle local trundle. Mains estate, Golf course, Mugdock Hole-in-the-wall, waterworks and back.
It may have been in poor taste to go out dressed as the Grim Reaper (black tights and skeleton top).

Gentle outing up from Carbeth to see how much forest has gone. Not so much yet.... Then a trip round Burncrooks with a sandwich stop and back. Windy with occasional showers. R knee fine when cycling, not completely happy afterwards.

Male Super Vet (!).
Pretty clean run, kept it together throughout. Good use of the area which was more fun that the map would suggest. Beaten by Jethro (18 seconds) and 19 ahead of Jon M.
Good fun but r knee slightly unhappy now.
