SOL 5 at Ardchattan - Brown course.
The weather forecast was apocalyptic storm, actually windy and wet to very wet, with brief bursts of sunshine. Pretty competent run, but didn't feel fast, especially uphill and through the heather. Surprised to end up 1st.

Tartan leg at the 8 person relay. Much tougher than I expected, not helped by a slight deviation that meant a 3 minute fight through mixed gorse and bracken that was way above my head.
