Fun single Carbo with Brad and Andy, on their way to 2x, 3x. Felt good. Knee OK, not perfect, coming down. But fastest descent yet on the knee.

Lot to mine: 32:00/18:00

Note

A shadow of my miles a year ago, but it was generally a positive week. Knee held together on some increased miles and increased intensity. We'll see where things go.

Time to think about a Vorberg recon. Sometime this week, I think.

My first mistake, which became clear when I was dropped before the first switchback on the 2nd lap, was going under 25:00 to the flag this Wed.

Double Carbo, with a big group. Liv, Mike, Dave (?), Luke, Brad, and AJW (on his way to 4x). Full switchbacks. Hung a bit off the back toward the end of the first climb. Popped off early on the second. Times better than last week, though. Felt the knee a bit on the second descent, so took it easy down.

Unplanned time trial up Carbo. Full switchbacks up/down. Really on the rivet last quarter of the way.
