Running 59:58 [3] 11.14 km (5:23 / km)

The rain stopped so Kez & I stepped off the farm and braved the hills on a 'recovery run' my itbs were pretty sore, and it was a bit strugglesville, but really pretty and so green and wet. Happy to have run in the end, made me feel a bit better about the amount of cheese I consumed over the weekend!

Running race (The Grape Run) 56:21 [3] 13.2 km (4:16 / km) vdot: 49.1

Yarra Valley Grape Run race (Healesville to Yarra Glen), seriously didn't want to race when I woke up, particularly after looking outside and seeing the cows having trouble standing up in the strong wind, but after getting into Healesville the weather was much better. Having not been very well all week I wasn't sure how I was going to run, good k rate though, bit disappointed I got overtaken under 2k to go, so I came 3rd... won a plant - ha! Def do this race again, bloody tough hills but super pretty and enjoyable.

Running 30:00 [1]

Easy run around the G ending in the city to pick up the car, was a little chilly, and I didn't wear gloves :( and I was a little over traffic lights after 20 mins.

Note

Have been staying across the street from an ALDI - Mr Rat you'd be happy to know I didn't enter once! I did have a wee giggle the first 3 times I walked past though!

Running 42:00 [3] 8.15 km (5:09 / km)

Solo morning run, spring is def here, beautiful morning, stomach is still dodgy, with a pit stop 10 mins in... running felt flat. Came home to a coffee and almond croissant :)

Running 47:14 [3]

Left my run till the afternoon as it was raining in the morning and I wanted to give my dodgy stomach the longest rest possible, so it was raining pretty consistently when I went out. There is something about running in the rain... Any thoughts of my stomach being better were quickly gone when I ran past a toilet block 20 mins in and then did my fastest hill int back to it... running felt good though :(

Running 52:00 [3] 10.1 km (5:09 / km)

Ran from Abbotsford to Lise's to check on Snowy the Plumber, where I was greeted with 'Youse aren't twins are ya?' Then did some more street running through Collingwood, Fitzroy, Carlton and East Melbourne and back to Abbotsford. Run was much faster than I felt, my stomach hasn't been good since returning from V :(
