short run around valentine. am slowly increasing the time run. it was a bit cold, took a while to warm up.

AM ride to school.

A little bit faster than monday. it will take time but the legs will get better, especially on the hills.

PM ride home.
feeling tired after a busy day. don't enjoy the afternoon ride as much as the morning.

run home from warners bay, a little explore around eleebana. legs felt tired and did not feel like I was running with any speed but still averaged just under 5 min km's which is good for me!!!

played oz tag for sport today as they needed another player. it was harder than I thought. could call it intervals, but was still to slow!!!

run home from warners bay to valentine. A little bit longer than sunday and thats 3 days in a row exercising. Legs felt a bit tired at the start but made it!!!!

Sent entry for NSW champs, needed the motivation for a big couple of weeks to gain back fitness lost due to illness.

first ride for at least 3 weeks, took it easy going to school, especially up the hills.

Cycling (PM) 50:50 [3] 22.6 km (2:15 / km)

ride home from school, took it easy again but felt like I maintained a consistent pace.

Good news am feeling better!! So had better start doing some running again as I feel as I have lost a lot of fitness and its only 4 weeks to NSW champs (must get entry in nextv week)

Have spent the past 3 days down the snow on an excursion with 170 Yr 11 students from school. (Yes this is one of the perks !!!) Enjoyed myself, but I'm not the best skiier as I snow plough down most of the slopes (but was getting better on Friday). Skiied with jelly on one slope on Thursday, theres me just trying to stay upright while she is skiing circles around me then turning and skiing backwards in front of me while talking (and a little sledging) finishing by doing 360 degree turns. Any 360 degree turns I do tend to be done vertically and involve a little pain. (I'll find some way to get her back!!) 3 days skiing = 3 broken wrists + 1 suspected, (all from snowboards so what does that tell you!!)

Must have a run tomorrow.
