No zip but my second best time on this course; it was dry though. Left shin becoming increasingly uncomfortable. Perhaps too soon for a return after OMM.

Knees still very sore and left shin very swollen and a struggle to walk when first getting up. Other than a few aches in my back my muscles actually feel ok.
