There was a very strong headwind along the home b ut even so, it was disappointing 3:20 first rep. Hoped it was the wind and residual cold rather than loss of form. Anyway, the 400s were consistent and the 1kms improved one after another. I put it down to the first fast session in 4 weeks and so my body was remembering what economical running is.
