Oh well, did not feel well after running on Saturday, so decided not to run. Fun watching.

Saturday Feb 9, 2013 #

orienteering 18:19 [4] 2.5 mi (7:20 / mi)

Session #3 of the Sprint Camp, my morning did not go the way I wanted and I ended up starting last just after Kristian S. Felt pretty slow but found the right levels and pretty good ways up and down. Did not run into any wall as other much better orienteers. Ok, that was not my first run on this map. Had fun and decided to run at least one more event. Btw, finished before Kristian.

orienteering 25:29 [3] 2.5 km (10:12 / km)

Session #5 of the Sprint Camp at Greenwood, very nice course by some Swedish course planner, but felt hilly or I did not choose the best routes. Lost some time on #7 not reading the map carefully. Also hit some serious blackberry bushes after #12.

orienteering 23:28 [4] 2.6 km (9:02 / km)

Session #7 of the Sprint Camp, Farsta at William Griffin with a looot of people in the mass start, did ok but was running out of energy on the last loop, fun to run on a new map. Did we have to go up that hill three times? Almost skipped a control but saw Emma and Kerstin there and looked better again on my map.

That is a lot of exercise for me in one weekend.

Session #2 of the Sprint Camp, was sick the whole week but decided to try to sweat it out. Oh well, not very speedy let's say, but at least I found a "legal" way to number 7 and that seemed to be the key. Just need someone's else lungs and legs and then I should do pretty well.
