orienteering 43:30 [3] 3.4 km (12:48 / km) +130m 10:44 / km

Middle distance - COC, a great map and course. I was very scared to get lost there... kept it well together to the spectator control, mistake to 7. Then I somehow blew up at 10 and could not switch to plan B option, otherwise o.k. Unable to focus the whole way.

orienteering 1:36:51 [4] 8.2 km (11:49 / km) +260m 10:12 / km

Long distance-COC. Technical, sandy area with a wall of sand to control #8. Felt slow, but did pretty well, 4th position in the Elite. Made some small mistakes all over the place. Ran few controls with Katherine and Meghan.
Beautiful place.

orienteering 17:13 [4] 2.3 km (7:29 / km)

A great COC sprint at a "Gold Rush" historical site. I did not do very well, missed control 10 and had to return to it. Fun to run a sprint race in the forest.

orienteering 48:04 [3] 4.5 km (10:41 / km) +100m 9:37 / km

WCOC middle distance at Hidden Lakes, my first visit of Yukon and its forest/orienteering map.
It went well for first two controls, than I made a 2 min mistake to 3 being a bit off and running ahead hoping to hit the trail...
After that I was careful and did pretty well again till the last loop where I ran out of energy and focus. Made a quite big mistake at 17 leaving the 16 in wrong direction. Great to see everyone!
