Putting out controls for tonight's 7-70 training. Mostly hiking and verifying with some running.

I went easy on myself as far as the course setting, both courses the same but the harder one on a map without trails (and one leg reverse corridor/single contour). Also, there was a training session at work that I was able to listen to via Hangouts while I was out there so I consider that a pretty successful outing.
