Very similar to Monday
Power cleans, half squats and box jumps complex, bench press
Hamstring curls, weighted dead bugs, stir the pot and med ball plyo sit ups.

Running 1:05:00 [3] 9.5 km (6:51 / km) +180m 6:15 / km

Took my sister for a run over the seat and then onto carlton hill. Bit blustery feeling unsprightly but hopefully better soon.
