Another slow one, not feeling as heavy as Friday, gradually felt better as the run went on.
Started by heading to Southwark Park then followed a footpath to Millwall stadium. Took a random route and ended up in the ghetto, before coming out on the Old Kent Road. Headed into Burgess Park, all the way through the center to the Walworth end. Picked a very random route back through some parks and alleyways before getting back to the flat.

Morning cruise. Headed across Tower Bridge, then a few random bits to try and get back on the Thames path. Followed the river up to Millennium bridge, crossed and looped back through Borough market.

First attempt at a double day for a while. Feeling heavy and slow, but got a bt of distance in.

Across to Nobottle, down tot rifle range and back up Apple. Over to the moors then the Whilton road, finished with a loop behind the half cut copse. Nearly run down by a tractor at the top of the hill and in the village.
Nice to get out while it was a little cooler.

A slow, very hot run with Ali. A kill near Worcester, some strolling on the up hills. The views from the top were ok, but a little hazy. A good decent back down to the village.
