Long run on the back area avoiding the range wardens. Found a nice loop that I hadn't done before, had some interesting little paths on the far side of the area. Legs did there normal thing of feeling good until just before the end.

Loop on the back area. Headed to the top of the hill then back through the nature reserve. Legs were burning on the way up to the top, running a little late for a meeting so opened the sride on the way down. Lungs and legs seemed to find the up hill a bit tough.

All over undulating ground, hard work seemed to be struggling a little on the hills.
