Long run with Will, we ended up skirting the edge pf the range area for a long time then cut back through. Ended up spending about a k running up hill on sand but eventually got back to camp.

Evening run with Charlie around Sennelarger, not a particularly interesting route, keeping to the street lights.

Moderately hard session on the Wattbike half warm up half session.

Warm up around the edge of camp, then some intervals.
8x 1 min on 1 min off.
5 x 30secs on 30 secs off.

Hard session but feeling good.

Leg session.
Back Squats, warm up then 5 sets of 3, with 80kg.
Some deadlifts
Mobility and box work.
Core to finish.

Legs feeling good and building back up the weight.
