Long run woth Will, he is training for a marathon so wanted to get at least a half in. Legs felt good until about 19k, then felt a bit fatigued.

A nice route out through the woods and around a large lake to the south of Sennelarger.

Run with the other Officers from D Sqn. Started as a social one and then everyone got competitive and started picking up the pace. It was basically a race by the end. Good route out of camp and through some woods nearby.
