Morning run with Willy up on to the moor above the house. Seemed like a good little loop, but no views due to the fact the whole run was inside a cloud.

Long run with Willy. Headed down along the Brockhall bridleway and on to the canal. We then trudged along the canal to the Gayton junction, which turns out to be a long way on a very flat muddy toe path. From the junction we dropped down towards the river following the Northampton branch, finished at Sixfields. My quads decided they hated me at about 20k so i was struggling for the last section heading towards town.

Christmas day run with Willy. The normal loop with the Harlestone extension. My quads were feeling very tight, I am not sure sitting still all the way across Europe was the best thing form them.
