Longer run from Lizzie's, headed out to the East and ended up on the river followed it round and then took some random turns that led to Surrey Quays. Ended up just aiming towards the Shard to head back, followed a cycle track through Bermondsey and back to Lizzie's.
Legs were feeling a lot better than yesterday so I was running a little quicker than planned and went a bit further than I had planned.

Run on the back area, went all the way to the top of the driver circuit to see the Dales. Legs felt stiff for the first couple of km. They started feeling a lot better closer to the end.
